This policy covers the websites, phone line, and text messaging services operated by U Good Enterprises LLC and U Good Logistics LLC ("U Good," "we," "us"), including our business number (302) 307-9725.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide — your name, phone number, and email address.
Service details — the service you're asking about, appointment dates and times, job locations, and notes you share with us by phone, text, or web form.
Message records — the content and timestamps of calls and text conversations with our business number, kept so we can serve you accurately.

How we use it

To answer your questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and deliver the services you request.
To send you the text messages you asked for — replies, appointment confirmations, and scheduling follow-ups.
For internal records: invoicing, service history, and quality review.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information — including phone numbers and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging

You opt in to text conversations by texting our business number first, or by asking us on a call to send you scheduling details by text. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Apps and account sign-in

Some of our apps — including U Good Access on Fire TV, U Good TV and The Fridge — sign you in with your email address and an 8-digit code we email you. For those apps we also hold:

Your email address, used to send the sign-in code and to identify your account.
A device identifier the app creates for the TV or phone you sign in on, so a sign-in can last 30 days and be revoked later.
Sign-in records — when a code was issued and used, and which apps your account is allowed to open.
What you watch in U Good TV — where you stopped each video, so Continue Watching can pick up where you left off, and the playlists you make.

These apps carry no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking, and we do not sell this data. To remove your account and what is tied to it, see Delete your account.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers (such as our telephone/messaging carrier and scheduling systems) solely to operate our services. They process your information only on our behalf and are never permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you by emailing info@ugoodenterprises.com.
