Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time. You don't need the app to do it, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email info@ugoodenterprises.com from the address you sign in with, and put Delete my account in the subject.

If you can't send from that address, email us anyway and tell us which address the account uses. We verify who you are before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

Your account and the email address on it.
Sign-in codes, session records, and the device identifiers for any TV or phone you signed in on.
Content you created in the app — in The Fridge, that means your calendar events, bookings, and list entries.

Content you shared into a family stays with that family if other members still depend on it. Say so in your email and we'll remove yours from it as well.

What we keep, and why

Only records we are required to keep — invoices and payment records for services you bought, and anything a tax authority or court requires us to retain. They are kept no longer than the law requires and are not used for anything else.

Deleted data also sits in routine backups until those rotate out, which happens within 30 days.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 5 business days and finish the deletion within 30 days.
